(NEO: IBER) ("IberAmerican" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that effective at market open on Thursday, November 23, 2023, its common share purchase warrants ("Warrants") will be listed for trading on Cboe Canada under the symbol "IBER.WT.A".

Each Warrant is exercisable into one common share in the capital of IberAmerican at an exercise price of $0.40 until September 1, 2026.
