Upper-midscale extended stay brand Hyatt Studios has made its debut with the opening of new hotel in Mobile, Alabama, US.
This new addition, which started construction in November 2023, demonstrates Hyatt's commitment to providing home-like experiences for guests.

Situated less than ten miles from Mobile International Airport, Hyatt Studios Mobile / Tillmans Corner allows guests easy access to downtown Mobile, Gulf Coast attractions, and local corporate offices.
Hyatt Studios is part of the Hyatt Essentials Portfolio, which is a collection of focused service brands aimed at delivering essential needs to guests.
The hotel features 122 studio apartment-style suites, each equipped with a kitchen, separate sleeping and lounge areas, and multifunctional furniture. It is suitable for both leisure and business travellers
Guests can enjoy amenities like a 24/7 Market, complimentary breakfast, a fitness studio, and services including self-service laundry and an outdoor patio.
Hyatt Studios also introduces offerings such as free fibre internet and EV charging stations, anticipating the needs of modern travellers.
In a related development, 3H Group, in collaboration with LBA Hospitality, is advancing its Hyatt Studios projects in Huntsville, Alabama, and Jacksonville, Florida.
The group's growth strategy includes additional Hyatt developments such as a Caption by Hyatt hotel in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and the renovation of the recently acquired Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore, alongside new construction of dual-brand Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels in East Nashville, Tennessee.
