HSBC has launched a new wealth Centre at The Star Vista, aiming to offer tailored financial services to affluent clients in western Singapore.
The new centre is the second of three planned wealth centres, with the final one expected to open by the end of this year.
Situated on the second floor of The Star Vista Mall, this new facility is part of the bank's strategy to enhance accessibility to personalised wealth management while engaging with local communities.
It features various spaces designed for personalised service, including a Premier lounge, enclosed teller rooms, and private rooms for confidential discussions with relationship managers.
Additionally, the centre includes a heritage display wall that highlights the history of South Buona Vista and HSBC's long-standing involvement in the area.
A lifestyle cafe operated by Foreword Coffee, a local social enterprise focused on inclusive employment, is also part of the centre.
The cafe will employ differently-abled youths and serve both HSBC clients and the general public.
Premier customers will receive complimentary refreshments from the cafe, including a signature HSBC tea blend. Walk-in visitors can purchase unique offerings, such as a custom HSBC Earl Grey Yuan Yang drink, while supporting Foreword Coffee's mission to create inclusive workplaces.
HSBC Singapore international wealth and premier banking Ashmita Acharya said: “These investments are part of HSBC’s broader ambition to be the leading wealth manager in Asia, supporting Singapore’s position as a key international wealth hub by improving the accessibility and quality of wealth advisory services for its growing affluent population.
“Our wealth centres are designed to facilitate meaningful wealth conversations with our customers in Singapore, and integrating community elements on our premises further underscores our confidence in the market’s continued growth potential.”
Recently, HSBC Bank (China) launched a new wealth centre in Hangzhou, its sixth in mainland China in six months, serving as a wealth management hub for the city and nearby areas.
"HSBC launches new wealth centre in Singapore" was originally created and published by Private Banker International, a GlobalData owned brand.
