TORONTO, Sept. 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guardian Capital LP (the “Manager”), the manager of Guardian i3 US Quality Growth ETF (the “Fund”), today announced that it has changed the name of the Fund effective immediately to Guardian i3 US Quality Growth Fund (the “Name Change”). There are no changes to the investment objective, strategies or management of the Fund associated with the Name Change.

It is anticipated that the Name Change will be reflected on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) when the market opens this morning. There will be no change to the ticker symbols (TSX: GIQU, GIQU.B) or CUSIP numbers of the Fund associated with the Name Change.
