The facility, which is expected to be fully operational by the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, will be designed to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Silver requirements.
The new centre will feature more than 23,000m² of warehousing space, providing customers with a range of value-added services.
It is being developed by Dubai South and Aldar Properties.

The centre’s location is expected to establish it as a hub for regional trade, offering customers seamless access to a range of logistics solutions.
Kuehne+Nagel GCC+ Cluster managing director Lee I'Ons said: “With the development of this new e-commerce fulfilment centre, Kuehne+Nagel continues to show commitment to the UAE and Dubai, supporting one of the fastest growing economies globally.
