ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwired - April 01, 2016) - Grey Fox Holdings Corp. (GFOX) announces it has signed a Letter of Intent to purchase the Graffiti Junktion franchise located in Clermont, FL. The CEO, Daniel Sobolewski, stated, "This was an opportunity that we saw that we could not pass up on. The Clermont location has been operating for three years now, and is already generating revenue. Our goal is to add an outdoor bar to the huge outside patio, and utilize more of the space in order to generate more sales and synergy for this location."

Mr. Sobolewski also stated, "We intend to close on this transaction within the next two (2) weeks. We also plan to keep the current management in place. The GM at this location is an asset and has a long and extensive restaurant back round.
