ATHENS, July 1 (Reuters) - Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is to make a public address shortly, a government official said on Wednesday, amid frantic efforts to salvage a bailout deal with international creditors.
Tsipras has written to international creditors saying Greece is prepared to accept a bailout offer published on June 28 provided several conditions are changed.
