Germany's Baerbock: Need to further link Ukraine's recovery and EU accession
LONDON, June 21 (Reuters) - German foreign minister Annalena Baerbock on Wednesday stressed the need to link Ukraine's recovery from the war to the accession process for Kyiv to join the European Union.
"I'm convinced that we need to further link Ukraine's recovery and the EU accession process," Baerbock told the Ukraine Recovery Conference in London. "Our goal is to help rebuild a Ukraine that is fit for EU." (Reporting by William James, writing by Muvija M)
