BERLIN, Sept 24 (Reuters) - German manufacturers reported worsening supply shortages in September and the situation is likely to last until at least the end of the year, Ifo economist Klaus Wohlrabe said on Friday.
"Almost 80% of manufacturers complain of intermediate goods shortages," Wohlrabe said, up from 70% last month.
"The supply crisis will remain until at least the end of the year," he added. "The peak lies ahead." (Reporting by Joseph Nasr, editing by Kirsti Knolle)
