Good afternoon. My name is Mike. I will be your conference operator today. At this time, I would like to welcome everyone to the Gates Industrial Corporation Q4 2017 Earnings Release Conference Call. All lines have been placed on mute to prevent any background noise. After the speakers' remarks, there'll be a question-and-answer session. Thank you for joining us on our first earnings call as a public company. I'm Bill Waelke, Head of Investor Relations and with me today are our CEO Ivo Jurek, and CFO David Naemura.

Shortly after the market closed this afternoon, we published our fourth quarter and full-year 2017 results on our Investor Relations website. Today's call is being webcast and is accompanied by a slide presentation, which includes a reconciliation of non-GAAP to GAAP financial measures that we will use during this call and is also, available on our website.
