Stellantis-backed mobility services provider Free2move has achieved a 99% compound annual revenue growth since 2021.
In a statement, Stellantis said the “performance underscores a strategic approach that combines organic expansion with targeted acquisitions, strengthening the company’s position in a competitive market and driving its global presence and operational scale”.
Free2move became profitable in 2021 and integrated Share Now, its latest major acquisition, last year - thereby completing a turnaround in 18 months.
Based in Paris, France, Free2move manages a fleet of connected vehicles, offering “flexible” carsharing and subscription-based rental services.
The company's software as a service (SaaS) platform supports more than 3,600 franchise partners, managing an additional 35,000 vehicles.
Free2move's broker activity extends its reach to 150 countries, backed by a network of more than 500 global and local partners for rental and digital parking services.
Currently, Free2move serves over six million customers, with a fleet of 450,000 rental vehicles and 500,000 parking spaces.
The company's core strength lies in its advanced, cloud-native technology platform, developed in-house and deployed across Europe and the US.
Having processed over 300 million transactions in more than 40 currencies, the platform is designed to support a global user base and integrate next-generation mobility solutions, ensuring adaptability and scalability for the future.
