Free Syrian Army rebel faction to send five officers to Astana peace talks -Ifax
MOSCOW, March 15 (Reuters) - The Free Syrian Army (FSA) rebel group will send five officers to peace talks in Astana on Wednesday for consultations at an expert level, Interfax quoted an FSA representative as saying.
