Freddie Mac Prices New $3 Billion Two-Year Reference Notes Security

MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Jul 18, 2017) - Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it priced its new 1.375% two-year USD Reference Notes® security due on August 15, 2019. The issue, CUSIP number 3134EAEH8, was priced at 99.853 to yield 1.447%, 9.5 basis points more than the yield on two-year U.S. Treasury Notes. The issue will settle on Wednesday, July 19, 2017.

The new two-year Reference Notes security was offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Nomura Securities International, Inc.
