Russell Investments Global Real Estate Securities S Fund RRESX seeks to generate a high level of total return through above average current income, while maintaining the potential for capital appreciation. RRESX seeks to achieve its objective by concentrating its investments in equity and debt securities of issuers whose value is derived primarily from development, management and market pricing of underlying real estate properties. RRESX invests primarily in securities of companies' known as real estate investment trusts (REITs) that own and/or manage properties. RRESX may also invest in equity and debt securities of other types of real estate-related companies. RRESX invests in companies which are predominantly US based.
