The overall design aesthetic and thoughtful features like a magnetic cover for cable hiding make these products stand out. However, the decision to have no holes or grommets for cable management or accessories is certainly an opinionated one.

FlexiSpot's E7 Pro is a dual-motor sit/stand desk with a semi-c design, a thick wooden desktop, and stable legs. There aren't any penetrations or holes in the desk, which is meant to provide a more seamless look.

The desk we reviewed has a 55-inch by 28-inch bamboo desktop. The legs have three stages with more overlap to increase stability and are made of carbon steel.
A semi-c frame allows for more leg space than a standard t-frame. This refers to where the legs are connected to the feet, which is further back than the center on the E7 Pro.
The desktop is 3/4 of an inch thick. It has soft corners and a pleasant patterned design.
Assembly
The FlexiSpot E7 Pro is one of the easier desks we've had to assemble. The desktop, frame, and legs arrive in a flat pack box.
Getting everything together is quite simple, and FlexiSpot has everything well organized. One person can perform assembly, but you'll want two people to flip the desk over at the end for safety.
The pre-drilled holes were easy to locate and use. However, there weren't spots for the cable management bracket or power strip, so we had to make those holes ourselves.

Since the desktop doesn't have any penetrations, users will need to use other means for cable management, if any. Underneath the desk, there's a complimentary cable tray that makes keeping wires hidden much easier.
The central frame houses the leg motors and controller. There are a lot of cables for power and controller connections, but they are all hidden away with a magnetic cover.
The included keypad has four programmable buttons. Users can press and hold the arrow keys for manual adjustments, too.

The E7 Pro can hold up to 440 pounds. It can be adjusted from 25 inches to 50.6 inches.
A 10-inch height change takes about 7 seconds. The motor operates at an audible but quiet volume.

We've tested the FlexiSpot E7 Pro as a workspace desk with our MacBook Pro. The desktop is wide enough for a monitor stand, keyboard, wrist rest, and a notepad from back to front.

A lack of holes for cables could be an issue for some, as it also eliminates the option of having a power grommet or grommet monitor stand. However, it does lead to a cleaner look if cables running across the desk aren't an issue.
Our primary use case for the FlexiSpot E7 Pro has been a new secondary workstation and photography table. If you see a cable coming down each leg in our photos, those are for studio lights.

We're mentioning this specific use case because sit/stand desks don't always need to be used as traditional desks. They can work as variable workstations with multiple use cases.
Having the option to raise the desk to get a better angle on an object being photographed is fantastic. There's no need to crouch or adjust a fiddly tripod. Instead, the desk can just get in the right spot.

Our review has focused on the E7 Pro desk so far, but FlexiSpot included the C7 chair as well. As office-style chairs go, the C7 is an excellent option for those who need all the support options.

This isn't a flashy gaming chair with LEDs or cooling fans, but it gets the job done. The foam seat took some getting used to, as it is a more firm cushion than the one we've used previously.
That's not necessarily a negative, as the firm cushion feels more supportive. The lumbar support is excellent, as it is always present, even when leaning slightly forward.
The seat is large and wide, and the armrests can be adjusted for height or angle. The FlexiSpot website advertises the ability to sit cross-legged, but this takes some acrobatics.

We've worked with the E7 Pro and C7 chair for a few weeks, and everything works great. The sit/stand E7 Pro has been an excellent addition to our home office, while the C7 chair is a welcome replacement for our previous executive-style office chair.
