Fitness expo makes health fun
Jan. 15—Meridian and Lauderdale County residents danced their way toward healthier choices on Saturday at the New Year, New Way of Life Health and Fitness Expo.
The event, which was organized by three local nonprofits, BTBY Way of Life, Magnolia Mouths Media and the Stronger Together Foundation, highlighted the multitude of health and fitness businesses, classes and opportunities available in the East Mississippi area.
Residents had the opportunity to learn about boxing, wrestling, dance workouts, healthy eating, mental health and more as they look to turn those New Year's resolutions into a healthier lifestyle.
