The general shareholders meeting of 22 April 2015 has approved the 2014 annual accounts, including the proposed result appropriation.
The dividend of € 0.48 gross per share will be payable as from 8 May 2015 onwards at the offices, seats and branches of BNP Paribas Fortis, in exchange of coupon n° 10.
