FAT Brands has launched a new tri-branded restaurant in Roanoke in the US state of Texas, combining Great American Cookies, Marble Slab Creamery and Pretzelmaker under one roof.
The new concept aims to offer a unique dining experience by providing products such as Cookie Cakes, customisable ice cream and fresh-baked Pretzel Bites in one location.
Great American Cookies has been a household name since 1977 and is known for its Original Cookie Cake and signature chocolate chip cookies.
Its menu also features brownies and Double Doozies - cookies with icing sandwiched between them.
Marble Slab Creamery has four decades of expertise in ice cream innovation.
It is celebrated for pioneering the frozen slab technique and its commitment to homemade, small-batch ice cream with unlimited mix-ins.
Customers can also enjoy shakes and ice cream cakes in a range of flavours.
Pretzelmaker offers hand-rolled Pretzel Bites accompanied by a selection of dipping sauces and is also known for its fresh-squeezed lemonade.
The tri-branded store is situated at Roanoke Crossing, 1224 N. Highway 377, Roanoke, Texas 76262.
Great American Cookies, Marble Slab Creamery and Pretzelmaker president Allison Lauenstein said: “While a lot of our guests know and love our co-branded Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery locations, we see great potential in expanding off that success by adding Pretzelmaker into the mix for a tri-branded experience.
“We continue to see an increase in snacking occasions as an industry [...] Looking ahead, we plan to continue to strategically grow this tri-branded model.”
In December 2024, FAT Brands expanded its footprint in Texas with the opening of five new joint Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery locations - part of a larger expansion strategy that has seen the co-branded pair grow to 160 locations since 2014.
The latest Texas additions include Missouri City, New Caney, Lewisville, Sugarland and North Richland Hills.
