SBM Offshore announces that Lucia de Andrade and Denise Dettingmeijer have been appointed as members of the Supervisory Board at an Extraordinary General Meeting held today. The appointments are effective immediately until the end of the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2029, which is the fourth year after appointment.
