The Hague, December 16, 2024 - Aegon today announces the completion of its EUR 200 million share buyback program, as announced on May 16, 2024, which returned excess Cash Capital at Holding to shareholders.

Between July 8, 2024, and December 13, 2024, 34,968,762 common shares were repurchased for a total amount of EUR 200 million at an average price of EUR 5.7049 per share. Aegon will cancel the repurchased shares in December 2024.
