Enviri Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by Chairman F. Grasberger for US$190k worth of shares, at about US$7.59 per share. Even though the purchase was made at a significantly lower price than the recent price (US$10.53), we still think insider buying is a positive. Because the shares were purchased at a lower price, this particular buy doesn't tell us much about how insiders feel about the current share price.

Insider Ownership Of Enviri

Another way to test the alignment between the leaders of a company and other shareholders is to look at how many shares they own. I reckon it's a good sign if insiders own a significant number of shares in the company. It appears that Enviri insiders own 2.2% of the company, worth about US$19m. We've certainly seen higher levels of insider ownership elsewhere, but these holdings are enough to suggest alignment between insiders and the other shareholders.
