As writer Shannon Ullman noted in her article about Andrew Dorko, he believes strongly in the importance of hiring a talented, well-trained and knowledgeable team of professionals to help his company be as successful as possible.
When Ullman asked Dorko how he and his company are able to be so productive, Dorko credits this hard-working team.

When asked about professional training and why he feels that it is so crucial to the success of his company, Dorko said that while other business owners have reduced their emphasis on professional development, he is a firm believer in thorough training programs.
