NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO / ACCESSWIRE / March 31, 2020 / EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. (TSXV:EHT) ("EHT") advises that it will be delayed in filing its Annual Financial Statements, Management Discussion and Analysis and related certifications.
EHT is relying on the Blanket Relief under Ontario Instrument 51-502 Temporary Exemption from Certain Corporate Finance Requirements related to the following filings:

audited annual financial statements for the year ended November 30, 2019;

management's discussion and analysis relating to the audited annual financial statements for the year ended November 30, 2019; and
-
certification of the foregoing filings as required by National Instrument 52-109 Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual and Interim Filings.
During the period in which EHT will rely on the Blanket Relief, management and other insiders are subject to an insider trading black-out policy that reflects the principles in section 9 of National Policy 11-207 Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions ("National Policy 11-207") as prescribed by the exemption.
EHT expects to be in a position to file these documents on or about April 15, 2020. There have been no material business developments since the last quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements for the period ended August 31, 2019.
