ERTC Division launched a new optimized application website to help women owned and minority small businesses. The easy application gives an immediate range of estimated refund amount.
Nordman, Idaho--(Newsfile Corp. - September 29, 2022) - The ERTC Division has launched a new fast rebate service and eligibility assessment tool to help small business owners claim their rebates with a minimum time commitment. The new website allows business owners to get an immediate estimate range of what the rebate will be. While most small and medium-sized businesses in the USA are eligible for rebates through the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) program, many employers are unaware that they qualify.

The new optimized application program helps employers to claim their maximum allowable rebates, even if they were not eligible for tax credits under the original ERTC program requirements. Employers who were previously disqualified for reasons including having too many employees, or receiving loans through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), may be eligible for a rebate using the new application process.
With the new application, ERTC Division helps employers to claim pandemic relief funds that are not a loan, never require repayment, and have no restrictions on how they can be spent, even easier. The program is available with no up-front costs to any company with between 5 and 500 or fewer full-time W-2 employees, including startups and non-profit organizations.
The new fast rebate service guarantees each business its maximum allowable rebate, which will vary based on several factors. Employers can claim rebates using the new program even if they are not eligible for every fiscal quarter of the ERTC program's duration, and may claim as much as $26,000 per employee.
New businesses founded during the pandemic are not excluded and ERTC Division's service is eligible to claim up to $100,000 in rebates under a special category, as a Recovery Startup Business. To qualify, these companies must have W-2 employees, less than $1 million in gross receipts, and at least one employee who is not a family member or 50% owner.
ERTC Division's new application process also includes a no-cost, no-obligation eligibility assessment, now available on their website. https://ertcdivision.com. The assessment can help employers to determine if they qualify, and the estimated range of the rebate by filling out the easy to use form.
