Good morning. Thank you for joining us for Elanco Animal Health third-quarter 2024 earnings call. I'm Katy Grissom, head of investor relations and ESG. Joining us on today's call are Jeff Simmons, our president and chief executive officer; Todd Young, our chief financial officer; and Beth Haney from investor relations.

These statements are based on our current assumptions and expectations and are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially from our forecast. Don’t miss this second chance at a potentially lucrative opportunity

Ever feel like you missed the boat in buying the most successful stocks? Then you’ll want to hear this.

On rare occasions, our expert team of analysts issues a “Double Down” stock recommendation for companies that they think are about to pop. If you’re worried you’ve already missed your chance to invest, now is the best time to buy before it’s too late. And the numbers speak for themselves:

  • Amazon: if you invested $1,000 when we doubled down in 2010, you’d have $23,324!*

  • Apple: if you invested $1,000 when we doubled down in 2008, you’d have $42,133!*

  • Netflix: if you invested $1,000 when we doubled down in 2004, you’d have $420,761!*

Right now, we’re issuing “Double Down” alerts for three incredible companies, and there may not be another chance like this anytime soon.

We do not undertake any duty to update any forward-looking statements. The information we provide about our products and pipeline is for the benefit of the investment community. It is not intended to be promotional, and it is not sufficient for prescribing decisions. Our remarks today will focus on our non-GAAP financial measures.

Reconciliations of these non-GAAP measures are included in the appendix of today's slides and in the earnings press release. After our prepared remarks, we will be happy to take your questions. I'll now turn the call over to Jeff.
