CAIRO, Oct 10 (Reuters) - Egypt's core inflation fell to 8.55 percent year-on-year in September from 8.83 percent in August, the central bank said on Wednesday.
The headline inflation rate jumped 16 percent in September, statistics agency CAPMAS said earlier on Wednesday, on the back of increases in the price of food and beverages.
