The Company remains financially healthy and currently holds ~$8.2M cash in treasury, over $1,200,000 in investments, ~$1,500,000 in real estate and hard assets and carries no debt. TerraLogic Exploration Inc., EPL's 100%-owned subsidiary, continues to generate significant revenue through its mineral exploration consulting activities for third-party clients in addition to providing valuable intellectual capital to Eagle Plains. The creation of Osprey Power Inc. positions Eagle Plains with the opportunity to supply clean, renewable energy to the Canadian power grid.
