Predicted to be the world's biggest commodity market growing to $1 trillion within a decade, the management of carbon emissions is one of the fastest-growing segments in many developed cities. The global carbon market is estimated at $84 billion at the end of 2012. 1 Exponential proliferation of electronics, including global manufacturing, distribution, and the resultant e-waste, leaves a massive carbon footprint.
