MARIETTA, Pa. (AP) — MARIETTA, Pa. (AP) — Donegal Group Inc. (DGICB) on Thursday reported net income of $24 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Marietta, Pennsylvania-based company said it had profit of 64 cents. Earnings, adjusted for investment gains, were 63 cents per share.

The insurance company posted revenue of $250 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $249.7 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $50.9 million, or $1.38 per share. Revenue was reported as $984.6 million.
