Mosh Ramen is rebranding its restaurant under a new name — Mosh Noshery — and offering new menu items at the Fuel & Iron Food Hall, 400 S. Union Ave.
The restaurant will start in mid-September offering smash burgers, 1/4-pound loaded hot dogs and smash sloppers.
The dogs will feature toppings ranging from caramelized onions and cowboy candy (candied jalapenos) to grilled sauerkraut, honey mustard, and Mosh Sauce. Brunch offerings will include menu items such as smash cheeseburgers topped with bacon and egg.
Hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday. Find out more on Facebook.
