VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / November 12, 2024 / Discovery Lithium Inc. (CSE:DCLI)(OTCQB:DCLIF)(FRA:Q3Q0)(WKN: A3EFKA) (the "Company," or "Discovery Lithium"), a Canadian exploration company focused on advancing domestic energy freedom through regional lithium discovery, is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units of the Company ("Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company and one transferable share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

The gross proceeds from the Offering are expected to be used for general working capital and property exploration. The closing of the Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. The Company may pay finder's fees in connection with the Offering. All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day pursuant to applicable securities law.
