PLANO, Texas (AP) — PLANO, Texas (AP) — Diodes Inc. (DIOD) on Tuesday reported profit of $8.2 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Plano, Texas-based company said it had net income of 18 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 27 cents per share.

The semiconductor components maker posted revenue of $339.3 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $44 million, or 95 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.31 billion.
