DeepMarkit Business Update

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Dec 7, 2015) - DeepMarkit Corp. ("DeepMarkit" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MKT) is pleased to provide an update following the recently announced (October 29, 2015) shareholder approval and TSX Venture Exchange ( the "Exchange") acceptance of its change of business. The Company now trades on the Exchange under the name DeepMarkit Corp. with the new trading symbol "MKT".

Executive management of the Company has been reorganized by the Board of Directors as a consequence of the change of business and now comprises:

Darold H. Parken, CEO

Darold is the founder and was CEO of Chartwell Technology Inc. from its inception in 1998 to its sale to Amaya Gaming Group in 2011.

Kevin Kraft, COO

Kevin has over 13 years of experience in delivering custom ecommerce solutions across a multitude of industries. Kevin was a key contributor at Chartwell Technology Inc., Global Cash Access Inc. and Optimal Payments PLC.

Nichole Desrosiers, CMO

Nichole is a recognized marketing thought leader with over 19 years' experience building global brands and delivering multi-channel, innovative and profitable marketing and brand strategies.

Ranjeet Sundher, EVP Capital Markets

Ranjeet has over 20 years of capital markets experience and has founded, developed and funded several successful public companies.

Sandra Genereux, CFO

Sandra is a CA and CPA with over 20 years' experience of auditing and acting as external controller for public companies.

Jason Saelhof, Head Client Architect

Jason has over 14 years of experience as a game designer and software architect. Jason was formerly the Lead Client Architect at Amaya Gaming.

Nolan Mack, Head Server Architect

Nolan has over 14 years' experience in the analysis, design and implementation of various gaming software subsystems. Nolan was formerly Software Architect, Head of Architecture at Amaya Gaming.

The Company is now focused on the completion of its digital marketing and promotions platform. Core functionality and architecture have been completed. User experience testing is in the final stages and the Company is preparing for additional user testing and setting the ground-work for beta testing of the platform. An additional senior game developer has been brought on board to support and speed-up the expansion of the game and creative elements library.

Terry Shaunessy, one of our long time directors, has retired from the board and the Company wishes to thank him for the tremendous support he has provided over the years. Clinton Begin has resigned his position as an officer of the Company in order to pursue other interests and the Company also wishes to thank Clinton for his very significant contribution to the development or our platform to date. We wish both of these individuals continued success in their personal and business lives.
