Twenty Year Retail Industry Veteran Who Has Worked Exclusively to Assist Retailers With Software and Hardware Solutions Joins Datascan to Lead the Company's UK Business Development Team

CARROLLTON, TX--(Marketwired - June 12, 2013) - Datascan, the leader in Self-Scanning Inventory (stock count) Solutions, today announced the appointment of Frazer Watson as Datascan's Head of Business Development UK effective May 13, 2013. Mr. Watson brings more than 20 years of relevant industry experience to his new role having previously helped establish a UK presence as Head of Retail Sales for Retail Directions. The Datascan office based in Derby, East Midlands will serve as a hub for retailers in the UK and Europe.

Datascan has been working with major retail clients in the UK and throughout Europe since 2004 and is thrilled to officially launch a permanent UK office that will focus on developing new business partnerships with retailers throughout Europe.
