SHEBOYGAN – A Plymouth golf course owner has bought two bowling alleys in Sheboygan and Fond du Lac.
Tyler Luedtke, owner of Crystal Lake Golf Course, bought Lakeshore Lanes, 2519 S. Business Drive, and Ledgeview Lanes, 170 N. Prairie Road, according to a news release.
Land records show the bowling alleys were purchased for $3.8 million and $2.7 million, respectively. One of the LLCs in the land transfers was registered to Luedtke.
“This is an exciting step toward ensuring these cherished establishments remain accessible and vibrant gathering spots for the community,” Luedtke said in a news release. “Our mission is to keep these family-friendly venues thriving and affordable for all ages, preserving them for future generations.”
Lakeshore Lanes opened more than 40 years ago on Sheboygan’s south side.

Elkhart Lake's Anchor Lanes was transferred to Elkhart Bowling, LLC, registered to Luedtke, over the summer for $725,000, according to property records.
Luedtke also acquired the former Sir Lanserlot Golf Course in Plymouth two years ago. He revitalized the nearly 100-year-old course to include younger golfers, with a student league, Glow Ball and a larger social media presence.
Luedtke could not be immediately reached to learn about changes to the bowling alleys.
