The subdivision will only have one access road; it will be called Eden Lake Drive. That road will allow residents to exit the subdivision on Victory Lane. The project includes two additional roads: Exodus Road and Genesis Lane.

Eden Lake Drive will be the road that cuts through the subdivision and connect two loops of Genesis Lane with Exodus Road. There will be two cul-de-sacs.

The plat was developed by the consulting firm Rausch Coleman Homes, based in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Eagle View Subdivision

Located along Lindley Road and east of Sioux Circle and northwest of the Old Bethel Road-U.S. 90 intersection, this subdivision will have multiple connections to Lindley Road. The subdivision proposes 194 lots located on a 186.48-acre plot.

Miami-based developer Eagle View Investments is listed at the owner and developer of the project.

A traffic study between the city and Eagle View found that the development will generate significant traffic capacity impacts to the surrounding roadway network and that no offsite roadway improvements are proposed as part of the project.
