Creditors of Australia's Ten Network vote in favor of CBS bid
SYDNEY (Reuters) - Creditors of Australian broadcaster Ten Network Holdings Ltd (TEN.AX) voted in favor of a takeover bid from CBS Corp (CBS.N) on Tuesday, a spokesman for Ten's administrator said.
CBS won support from creditors both in value terms and by number, said Michael Smith, a spokesman for administrators KordaMentha.
