Credit union targeted in robbery
Oct. 2—EAU CLAIRE — WestConsin Credit Union said Monday afternoon one of its locations was robbed and that it will remain closed until further notice.
The statement from the company said only that the location at 1111 Clairemont Ave. in Eau Claire was robbed about 12:30 p.m. Monday. It did not indicate how many people were involved or whether any threats were made during the event.
