(TSXV: COSA) (OTCQB: COSAF) (FSE: SSKU) ("Cosa" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced acquisition (the "Transaction") from Denison Mines Corp. ("Denison") (TSX: DML) (NYSE American: DNN) of a 70% interest in a portfolio of prospective uranium projects (the "Projects").
