Stock Commercial, a division of the highly respected Stock Development, has announced it is beginning construction on the first two buildings in its mixed-use project, Estero Crossing, located on the south side of Corkscrew Road, just west of 1-75.

Estero Crossing will feature approximately 60,000 square feet of retail space facing Corkscrew Road, as well as six, three-story luxury apartment buildings with a total of 306 residences positioned directly behind it.

Keith Gelder, President of Stock Commercial and Stock Luxury Apartment Living, noted that Stock is intentionally focusing on the retail portion of the project first and then will concentrate on the apartment section.

“We feel it’s important to complete the retail space up front to essentially activate the project and provide a host of dining options, services and amenities to our future residents immediately upon their moving in, as well as expand the options for the families living in the surrounding area,” he said.

Commercial pre-leasing has been underway for several months now. One of the first businesses to sign was Oak & Stone, a neighborhood-style craft beer and artisan pizza restaurant geared towards great beer and gourmet tavern fare.

Gelder confirmed two other restaurants have also signed leases.

Crisp and Green is a health food restaurant which features chef-crafted salads, grain bowls and smoothies. The other is Chicken Salad Chick which features a wide variety of chicken salad sandwiches plus sides, soups and sweet treats.

The other businesses with signed leases includes OrangeTheory Fitness, a boutique fitness studio, Restore Hyper Wellness, which claims its services boost energy and metabolism to increase a bodies natural healing abilities, and the paint company Sherwin Williams.

According to Gelder, the commercial space at Estero Crossing will be very pedestrian-friendly with excellent connectivity to the adjacent residences. The attractively designed, mixed-use project will feature brick-paved walkways, lushly landscaped courtyards and convenient seating areas to enjoy throughout.

“The first two commercial buildings at Estero Crossing are currently scheduled to be completed in May 2022,” noted Gelder.

The luxury apartment element of the mixed-use project is officially named “Corsa at Estero Crossing.” This luxury apartment community will be offering a variety of one, two and three-bedroom floorplans.

Inside the apartment homes, residents will enjoy expansive 9-foot, 4-inch ceilings, contemporary wood-style floors, spacious walk-in closets, balconies and patios, high-speed fiber internet, over fiber-optic technology, high-end ceiling fans and USB charging ports. Residents will also have elevator access to all floors.
