VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug 22, 2013) - Conifex Timber Inc. ("Conifex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CFF) today announced that it has issued 4,125 common shares (the "Common Shares") of the Company at a deemed price of $8.50 per Common Share pursuant to a retirement arrangement with a former employee. The Common Shares are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issue. The TSX Venture Exchange has previously accepted the issuance of such Common Shares.
