•    CBRE Group, Inc.’s (CBG) shares gained 6.3% after the company agreed to acquire Johnson Controls Inc.’s (JCI) workplace solutions business for $1.475 billion

•    Shares of Charter Communications, Inc. (CHTR) rose 5.3% after the company agreed to buy Bright House Networks for about $10.4 billion

•    Shares of UTi Worldwide Inc. (UTIW) declined 1.9% after reporting fiscal fourth quarter loss per share of $0.86, wider than the Zacks Consensus Estimate of a loss of $0.07 per share
