TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sep 11, 2014) - Colette Grand Café, King West's newest culinary destination, will begin serving brunch Sunday September 14th, 2014. The downtown Toronto restaurant invites patrons to come and enjoy a grand buffet - Sunday Brunch at Colette, which will include an omelette station, Tour de Colette seafood towers, magnificent carving stations, and a variety of other exceptional offerings.
In developing the Colette Grand Café brunch experience, Steven Salm, President of Chase Hospitality Group, and Michael Steh, Executive Chef, created a menu that reflects the restaurant's commitment to fresh, high quality ingredients and inspired culinary offerings. "Since we first started working on the Colette concept, we wanted to create a special Sunday brunch experience that would invite guests to relax, and indulge over a fantastic meal with friends & family," says Salm.
A variety of breakfast and lunch options will include multiple custom food stations that will consistently evolve as the seasons change. Brunch offerings unique to Colette will include dishes with fresh shrimp and crab, Salmon Wellington, and salads inspired by modern French cuisine. Drinks will include freshly squeezed juices, gourmet coffees, mimosas, and a range of other specialty cocktails.
Colette's bright, airy interiors include several distinct spaces: a gallery with floor to ceiling windows, an elegant dining room, a bar and lounge area, and a café for bakery patrons. Colette's covered terrace and pavilion provides guests the additional pleasure of dining outdoors with a view of Victoria Memorial Park. The 5,000 square foot restaurant will be transformed every weekend to accommodate its new brunch offering.
