Warmenhoven brings decades of storage industry experience to the Cohesity board. He served as the CEO of NetApp, the Fortune 500 storage and data management company, from 1994 to 2009, and as executive chairman from 2009 to 2014. Under Warmenhoven's leadership, NetApp grew to become a multibillion-dollar company and a recognized market leader in networked storage, a concept the company pioneered.
