HILLSDALE, Mich., March 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- CNB Community Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:CNBB) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock in the amount of $0.30 per share, an increase of $0.01 per share from the dividend paid for the 1^st Quarter of 2024, payable on April 11, 2025 for shareholders of record on March 31, 2025.
