CMS' Carpenter named administrator of year
Jan. 20—Clovis Municipal Schools' Mandy Carpenter on Friday was named Administrator of the Year by the New Mexico School Personnel Association during its 2024 annual conference in Albuquerque.
According to a news release from CMS, Carpenter is executive director of Talent Management & Development for the district.
"Carpenter has been instrumental in revolutionizing recruitment and hiring processes for the district, streamlining employee placement, management processes, and documentation systems, contributing
to drastic improvement in recruitment, retention and professional development," according to the release.
Carpenter has been with CMS since 2008.
