Key players: Companies and PFA systems, including FARAPULSE, Affera Sphere-9 and PulseSelect, gained regulatory approvals around the world and even more began clinical trials in 2024. While Johnson & Johnson's VARIPULSE received FDA approval in November, the company indefinitely paused its limited U.S. rollout to investigate multiple neurovascular events associated with its use in January.
