The Cheesecake Factory Reports Results for Fourth Quarter of Fiscal 2024

CALABASAS HILLS, Calif., February 19, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (NASDAQ: CAKE) today reported financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024, which ended on December 31, 2024.

Total revenues were $921.0 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024 compared to $877.0 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023. Net income and diluted net income per share were $41.2 million and $0.83, respectively, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.

The Company recorded pre-tax net expense of $14.4 million related to impairment of assets and lease termination expense partially offset by Fox Restaurant Concepts ("FRC") acquisition-related income. Excluding the after-tax impact of these items, adjusted net income and adjusted diluted net income per share for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024 were $51.8 million and $1.04, respectively. Comparable restaurant sales at The Cheesecake Factory restaurants increased 1.7% year-over-year in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.
