Feb. 15—Morgan Leek has been hired as operations coordinator at the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce.

Morgan will provide administrative support for the entire organization as well as logistical planning for everything under the chamber umbrella, the organization said in a news release.

"Morgan has already proven herself as a valuable member of our team and we're thrilled to have her on board," said Kristin Craig, executive director.

Leek will help coordinate and implement the new internship program that the Chamber has launched, and she will handle logistics for the coming Downtown Terre Haute Eclipse Festival coming up in April.

"I feel very at home at the Chamber," Leek said. "I love being involved in the community and this position offers me a chance to make a positive impact."

Leek lives in Terre Haute with her husband Nate and their son Henry.
