SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — At the McNease Convention Center, on April 9, San Angelo Chamber of Commerce members learned more about small business development in the Concho Valley.
They also heard about the Angelo State University Small Business Development Center which fosters small business growth.
“Small business is the backbone of the San Angelo economy,” Dictor of ASU SBDC Dezaray Jonson said. “About 96 percent of our small businesses are employers with employees and so even though we have a lot of great thriving businesses in our community, that is the makeup and we’re here to support each other and we do that through these types of events and business to business interactions.”
Chamber of Commerce luncheons are held monthly to give members a chance to network and learn more about the business environment in the San Angelo area.
